Description: This
was a two-fold project. First a color image was selected ~ thinking
of my friend Noreen, I chose VanGogh's "The Sower." We were then
to create a grid on the image and pencil in a grid on Bristol Board and
use this grid to draw the color image.
Then using ONLY Black and White paint, recreate the color
image into a value study in the form of a painting. Working this
piece was pure joy. |
