Also tonight, as at every meeting together with Our Lady, I will describe tonight’s meeting to you -- which was truly exceptional and so joyful. Truly, tonight, after these 29 years of the apparitions, Our Lady came so joyful and happy -- more than ever. Our Lady came in a gold dress and at the beginning she greeted us all with great joy with the words: "Praised be Jesus, my dear children."
 

After that Our Lady said:

"Dear children, also today the Mother calls you with joy: Dear children, be my carriers, carriers of my messages. Spread my messages in this tired world. Dear children, I desire for you to be my sign, my living sign. Therefore also tonight, I call you to accept the message which I gave you today. Live it. Know, dear children that the Mother always prays with you and prays for you to Her Son. Thank you dear children that also today you have accepted my messages and for living my messages."
 

Then Our Lady prayed for a longer time, with Her hands extended, over all of us here. She blessed all of us with Her Motherly blessing and blessed all that you brought for blessing. Afterwards, I recommended all of you especially, all your needs, your intentions, your families and in a special way, the sick. Our Lady continued to pray over all of us here. I prayed an Our Father and a Glory Be with Her and Our Lady left in prayer. She left in joy, in an illuminated sign of the cross with a greeting: "Go in peace my dear children."

June 25, 2009 Annual Apparition to the Visionary Ivanka

The visionary Ivanka Ivankovic-Elez had her regular annual apparition on June 25th 2009. The apparition lasted 10 minutes. Ivanka had the apparition at home in the presence of her family, her husband and her three children. After the apparition, the visionary Ivanka said:

"Our Lady remained with me for 10 minutes and spoke to me of the tenth secret. Our Lady said: 'Dear children, I call you to be apostles of peace. Peace, peace, peace.'"

Annual Apparition To Mirjana - March 18, 2009

The visionary Mirjana Dragicevic-Soldo had daily apparitions from June 24th 1981 to December 25th 1982. During the last daily apparition, Our Lady gave her the 10th secret, and told her that she would appear to her once a year, on the 18th of March.  It has been this way through the years. Several thousand pilgrims gathered in prayer of the Rosary at the 'Blue Cross'. The apparition lasted from  13:52 to 13:58.

"Dear children! Today I call you to look into your hearts sincerely and for a long time. What will you see in them? Where is my Son in them and where is the desire to follow me to Him? My children, may this time of renunciation be a time when you will ask yourself: 'What does my God desire of me personally? What am I to do?' Pray, fast and have a heart full of mercy. Do not forget your shepherds. Pray that they may not get lost, that they may remain in my Son so as to be good shepherds to their flock."

Our Lady looked at all those present and  added: "Again I say to you, if you knew how much I love you, you would cry with happiness. Thank you."

September 2, 2008 message of Our Lady to Mirjana for those who do not yet know the great Love of God in their lives:

"Dear children, today, with my Motherly heart, I call you gathered around me to love your neighbor. My children, stop. Look in the eyes of your brother and see Jesus, my Son. If you see joy, rejoice with him. If there is pain in the eyes of your brother, with your tenderness and goodness, cast it away, because without love you are lost. Only love is effective; it works miracles. Love will give you unity in my Son and the victory of my heart. Therefore, my children, love."

Mirjana arrived at 8:45 a.m., after spending hours before in her home preparing in prayer for her encounter with Our Lady. As she came in, greeted the priests nearby, including a bishop from Italy. The two decades of the Glorious Mysteries were prayed before Our Lady appeared. Our Lady appeared to Mirjana a few minutes before 9:00 a.m. and the apparition lasted about 6 minutes.

Mirjana spoke to Our Lady throughout the apparition. She nodded her head many times and a few times was seen shaking her head no. Tears could be seen on Mirjana’s face. At least three times, Mirjana leaned forward towards Our Lady, as if to get closer to hear what She was telling her. When Our Lady left, Mirjana leaned very far back, watching Our Lady ascend back into Heaven. She then bowed her head in prayer, with tears falling down her face.

Our Lady blessed all those who were present and all of the religious articles. Once again She called us to pray for our shepherds.

"Dear children! I call you to work on your personal conversion. You are still far from meeting with God in your heart. Therefore, spend all the more time in prayer and Adoration of Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar, for Him to change you and to put into your hearts a living faith and a desire for eternal life. Our Lady's Annual Apparition to Mirjana - March 18, 2008

After receiving the tenth secret on Christmas Day in 1982, the visionary Mirjana was told by Our Lady that she would experience an apparition every year on March 18, which is also Mirjana's birthday.

Today, thousands of pilgrims gathered at the Cenacolo Community in Medjugorje to be present with Mirjana. The apparition lasted for approximately seven minutes.

After the apparition, Mirjana said: "I have never seen Our Lady address us in this manner. She extended her hands towards us and with her hands extended in this way, she said: 'Dear children, today I extend my hands towards you. Do not be afraid to accept them. They desire to give you love and peace and to help you in salvation. Therefore, my children, receive them. Fill my heart with joy and I will lead you towards holiness. The way on which I lead you is difficult and full of temptations and falls. I will be with you and my hands will hold you. Be persevering so that, at the end of the way, we can all together, in joy and love, hold the hands of my Son. Come with me; fear not. Thank you.'"
 
 

Our Lady's Message to Mirjana - March 2, 2008
 

"Dear children! I implore you, especialy at this lenten time, to respond to God's goodness because He chose you and sent me among you. Be purified of sins and in Jesus, my Son, recognize the sacrifice of atonement for the sins of the entire world. May He be the meaning of your life and may your life become service to the Divine love of my Son. Thank you my children!"

According to Mirjana, Our Lady blessed all those present and all the religious articles brought for blessing. She called us anew to pray for our shepards.

"Dear children! With all the strength of my heart, I love you and give myself to you. As a mother fights for her children, I pray for you and fight for you. I ask you not to be afraid to open yourselves, so as to be able to love with the heart and give yourselves to others. The more that you do this with the heart, the more you will receive and the better you will understand my Son and His gift to you. May everyone recognise you through the love of my Son and through me. Thank you."

Mirjana reported that Our Lady also requested prayers and fasting for our shepherds (priests).

According to Mirjana, "Our Lady was very sad. All the time her eyes were filled with tears." 

She gave this message:

"Dear children! Today, while I am looking at your hearts, my heart is filled with pain and trepitadion. My children, stop for a moment and look into your hearts. Is my Son, your God, truly in the first place? Are His commandments truly the measure of your life? I am warning you again: without faith there is neither nearness of God nor the word of God which is the light of salvation and the light of common sense."

Mirjana added: "I painfully asked Our Lady not to leave us and not to take her hands away from us. She painfully smiled at my request and left. This time Our Lady did not say: 'Thank you.' She blessed all of us and all religious articles."

"Dear children! Today I call you to open your heart to the Holy Spirit and to permit Him to transform you. My children, God is the immeasurable good and therefore, as a Mother, I implore you to pray, pray, pray, fast and hope that it is possible to attain that good, because love is born of that good. The Holy Spirit will reinforce that "good" in you and you will be able to call God your Father. Through this exalted love, you will sincerely come to love all people and, through God, consider them brothers and sisters. Thank you."

While Our Lady was blessing, She said, "On the way on which I lead you to my Son, those who represent Him walk beside me."

Our Lady's message to Mirjana - October 2, 2007

The visionary Mirjana Soldo experienced an apparition of Mary today, October 2, 2007, and this is the message she was given:

"Dear children, I call you to accompany me in my mission of God with an open heart and complete trust. The way on which I lead you, to God, is difficult but persevering and in the end we will all rejoice in God. Therefore, my children, do not stop praying for the gift of faith. Only through faith will the Word of God be light in this darkness which desires to envelop us. Do not be afraid, I am with you. Thank you."

Mirjana described that, at the end of the apparition, she saw an intense, strong light as Heaven was opening and Our Lady entered into Heaven through that light.

Our Lady Queen of Peace September 2, 2007 Message to Mirjana

"Dear children, in this time of God's signs, do not be afraid because I am with you. The great love of God sends me to lead you to salvation. Give me your simple hearts purified by fasting and prayer. Only in the simplicity of your hearts is your salvation. I will be with you and lead you. Thank you."

At 3:45 a.m. here in Medjugorje, a group of about 25 people entered a building with exuberant expectation of Our Lady's second of the month apparition to Mirjana. By 6:45 a.m., the building was filled to capacity up to the reserved area and crowds of people were still coming to present themselves before the Mother of God. There was a lively group to lead songs of praise to Jesus, then more songs in preparation for Our Lady's apparition.

Priests and religious were praying their morning prayers. People in wheelchairs were assisted and brought to an area reserved closer to where Mirjana would kneel. Then children were escorted in and situated in a semi-circle closest to where Our Lady would be, just beyond where Mirjana would kneel.

Mirjana arrived about 8:55 a.m. By now there were people in the thousands waiting for the moment Our Lady would appear. Mirjana knelt down and when Our Lady appeared, Mirjana was very animatedly speaking to Our Lady, nodding her head several times and at one time shook her head no. The apparition lasted about 5 minutes.

Our Lady spoke the following words to Mirjana:

"Dear children, in this time of God's signs, do not be afraid because I am with you. The great love of God sends me to lead you to salvation. Give me your simple hearts purified by fasting and prayer. Only in the simplicity of your hearts is your salvation. I will be with you and lead you. Thank you."

Our Lady blessed every one and all of the religious articles.

Our Lady's first sentence clearly, unequivocally tells us "...do not be afraid..." And as Our Lady says, we should not fear. But the question should be posed, "Do not be afraid of what?" Our Lady indicated the "what" when She said, "...in this time of God’s signs..." What are God's signs going to be that God's children are being told, guided, and conditioned to "not be afraid" of those signs?

There is no question we are being made ready for the release of the first secret, but will it be preceded by signs, several signs, or is God's sign the secret’s release and the happenings around it? We cannot say so with certainty, but it is easy to discern that Our Lady's past several 2nd of the month messages for nonbelievers, which include all of us who have various degrees of non-belief, that Our Lady is preparing us so that in the midst of the actions of God, that will be frightful to an unimaginable degree, Our Lady is pre-warning us, telling us why not to be afraid. It is because She will be with us. In the moment of the signs of God, She "pre-comforts" us saying, "...do not be afraid because I am with you...", even emphasizing that when one is in the midst of trials, one's faith wanes. She, therefore, repeats the words at the end of the message again, that "...I will be with you..."

Study today’s message, repeat it to yourself and memorize it. Understand what is in our midst, in our life time, and it will be easy to pray, easy to fast, easy to be purified, and easy to convert. Find time today to kneel in humility and plant this message into your heart and soul.

"Dear children! Also today I call you to conversion. May your life, little children, be a reflection of God’s goodness and not of hatred and unfaithfulness. Pray, little children, that prayer may become life for you. In this way, in your life you will discover the peace and joy which God gives to those who have an open heart to His love. And you who are far from God’s mercy, convert so that God may not become deaf to your prayers and that it may not be too late for you. Therefore, in this time of grace, convert and put God in the first place in your life. Thank you for having responded to my call."

"Dear children! Today I look in your hearts and looking at them my heart seizes with pain. My children! I ask of you unconditional, pure love for God. You will know that you are on the right path when you will be on earth with your body and with your soul always with God. Through this unconditional and pure love you will see my Son in every person. You will feel oneness in God. As a Mother I will be happy because I will have your holy and unified hearts. My children, I will have your salvation. Thank you."

"Dear children! Today, on the day of the Patron of your Parish, I call you to imitate the lives of the Saints. May they be, for you, an example and encouragement to a life of holiness. May prayer for you be like the air you breathe in and not a burden. Little children, God will reveal His love to you and you will experience the joy that you are my beloved. God will bless you and give you an abundance of grace. Thank you for having responded to my call."
 

Our Lady's message to Mirjana - July 2nd 2007

"Dear children! In the great love of God, I come to you today to lead you on the way of humility and meekness. The first station on that way, my children, is confession. Reject your arrogance and kneel down before my Son. Comprehend, my children, that you have nothing and you can do nothing. The only thing that is yours and what you possess is sin. Be cleansed and accept meekness and humility. My Son could have won with strength, but He chose meekness, humility and love. Follow my Son and give me your hands so that, together, we may climb the mountain and win. Thank you."

Again Our Lady spoke about the importance of priests and their blessing.

According to Mirjana, Our Lady was referring to the spiritual climb when she spoke of "climbing the mountain." Through the visionaries, Our Lady has stated that Medjugorje is the continuation of Fatima, and this has been particularly evident in the latest messages to Mirjana, which seem to mirror the secret of Fatima, Portugal.

In 1917 at Fatima, the Blessed Virgin Mary gave the visionaries a secret that prophesied the World War II, the rise of Communism and persecution of the Church. The last part of the secret was released by the Vatican and contains the following image of climbing a mountain, in the words of the late Sr. Lucia:

"...Other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough-hewn trunks as of a cork-tree with the bark; before reaching there the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way there died one after another the other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions. Beneath the two arms of the Cross there were two Angels each with a crystal aspersorium in his hand, in which they gathered up the blood of the Martyrs and with it sprinkled the souls that were making their way to God."

Not only does it seem that this part of the secret is related to the July 2nd message from Our Lady, it also could be seen as a description of Cross Mountain, which towers over Medjugorje. Climbing Cross Mountain is often seen as a means of reconciliation and penance by the millions of pilgrims and priests who visit Medjugorje.

Last month in the message given through Mirjana, Our Lady said "Through you, my heart will triumph." This seems related to the second part of the Fatima secret, in which she said: "In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph." It seems evident that, especially now, Our Lady is highlighting the connections between Fatima and Medjugorje.

Our Lady Asks Especially Tonight, Pray for Peace in the World ~ June 11, 2007

To the followers of Our Lady,
It was a pleasant night, while several thousand people, who had climbed the Hill of Apparitions to be with Our Lady, quietly prayed and waited for the few moments when Our Lady would be present to them in a special way through Her visitations with Ivan. Many pilgrims had climbed the hill in the early evening, willing to wait hours for Our Lady's apparition, while also getting the closest places to where She would appear. Others climbed the mountain, after dark, arriving just moments before Our Lady. Most pilgrims arrived somewhere in between. Around 8:30 p.m., pilgrims were led in singing, for nearly an hour, the beloved songs of Medjugorje, which led up Ivan's announcement, at 9:30 p.m. that we would begin praying the Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary in preparation for Our Lady's visit. Once the Rosary was finished, the prayer group led the crowds in saying the seven Our Father's, Hail Mary's and Glory Be's. After, silence settled over the crowd as everyone present, entered into the depth of their hearts to encounter Our Lady in prayer.

Following is the description Ivan gave after the apparition this evening, on top of Apparition Hill, during his prayer group meeting:

"Tonight, when Our Lady came She was very, very happy. She said, "Praised be Jesus, my little children." And after, Our Lady, for a long time, prayed with Her hands extended over all of us, and blessed all of us with Her motherly blessing. She also gave a blessing for all of your religious articles, Rosaries, everything that you brought to be blessed. Then Our Lady especially prayed for all the sick people present. I recommended to Our Lady all your petitions, families, intentions, and especially for the sick. Our Lady continued, "especially tonight, to pray for peace in the world." After that, I prayed with Our Lady an Our Father and Glory Be. And after, Our Lady while leaving, said, "Go in peace, my little children."

Marija has told us the angels vie to be called upon for a task by Our Lady. To do so, Marija says, is one of the greatest moments of the angels state of being. Marija has said when the angels accompany Our Lady to the earth, they are in awe, staring at Our Lady.

What, then, are we to think that Our Lady has come to ask us, you as an individual, as a family, "especially tonight to pray for peace in the world." What are we to think of this task? Contemplate, think, who are we to participate in a plan Our Lady says is, "...a great plan for the salvation of mankind..." Jan 25, 1987. You, especially tonight, can make Our Lady happy, very happy, by responding to Her request, especially tonight, to pray for peace in the world.

"Dear children, in this difficult time, God's love sends Me to you. My children, do not be afraid. With complete trust give me your hearts that I may help you to recognize the signs of the time in which you live. I will help you to come to know the love of My Son. Through you I will triumph. Thank you."

Our Lady blessed all of us and the religious articles brought for blessing. Again, She reminded us to pray for priests and that a priestÕs blessing is a blessing from Her Son Jesus.

June 2, 2007 Mirjana in ecstasy this Saturday morning, receiving the apparition of Our Lady in which Our Lady relayed: these are difficulty times; do not be afraid; She wants to help us recognize the signs of the time in which we live, and for Her triumph through us Her children.

Three mysteries of the Rosary were prayed leading up to Mirjana's appearance. The crowds were singing "Ave Maria" as Mirjana entered the room and made her way to the center, and some broke out in applause. She spoke no words to the pilgrims but immediately went into prayer, kneeling before Our Lady's statue. There was absolutely no open space around Mirjana. She was surrounded by family and pilgrims alike. She had a serious demeanor, but occasionally smiled at a pilgrim as she passed. All together, we continued to pray the Rosary until it was completed, and Our Lady came to Mirjana as we were all singing a beloved hymn to Our Lady. Suddenly, everything grew still when the realization spread throughout the crowd that Our Lady was present. The apparition lasted approximately 5 minutes.

You will not turn your head away from those who suffer, because my Son turns His head away from those who do so. Children, do not hesitate."

Our Lady appeared to the visionary Mirjana at 9:09 AM and the apparition lasted until 9:14 AM.

Mirjana was given the following message:

"Dear children, do not be of a hard heart towards the mercy of God, which has been pouring out upon you for so much of your time. In this special time of prayer, permit me to transform your hearts that you may help me to have my Son resurrect in all hearts, and that my heart may triumph. Thank you."

Our Lady added: "Your Shepherds need your prayers."

Our Lady blessed everyone present and all religious articles. She then once again emphasized that She gives us her Motherly blessing, but the greatest of all blessings is from a priest.

"Dear children! I desire to thank you from my heart for your Lenten renunciations. I desire to inspire you to continue to live fasting with an open heart. By fasting and renunciation, little children, you will be stronger in faith. In God you will find true peace through daily prayer. I am with you and I am not tired. I desire to take you all with me to Heaven, therefore, decide daily for holiness. Thank you for having responded to my call."

"Dear children,
I come to you as a Mother with gifts. I come with love and mercy. Dear children, mine is a big heart. In it, I desire all of your hearts, purified by fasting and prayer. I desire that, through love, our hearts may triumph together. I desire that through that triumph you may see the real Truth, the real Way and the real Life. I desire that you may see my Son. Thank you."

Our Lady blessed everyone present and all of the religious articles.  She emphasized that her blessing is only a Motherly blessing and She asked for daily prayers for those whom "my Son has chosen and blessed." Mirjana stated that she thought Our Lady was referring to priests.

January 2, 2007 Message to Mirjana

Our Lady gave the following message to the world through Mirjana:

"Dear children. In this holy time full of God's graces, and His love which sends me to you, I implore you not to be with a heart of stone. May fasting and prayer be your weapon for drawing closer to and coming to know Jesus, my Son. Follow me and my luminous example. I will help you. I am with you. Thank you!"

Mirjana reported: "Our Lady's face during the entire time was one of pain and sorrow. She spoke to me of things I cannot yet speak of. She blessed both us and the religious articles. The expression on Her face was especially serious when She was emphasizing 'the priestly blessing' and was asking for prayer and fasting for them (priests)."

"Dear children! Also today I bring you the newborn Jesus in my arms. He who is the King of Heaven and earth, He is your peace. Little children, no one can give you peace as He who is the King of Peace. Therefore, adore Him in your hearts, choose Him and you will have joy in Him. He will bless you with His blessing of peace. ANNUAL APPARITION TO JAKOV ON DECEMBER 25TH 2006

At the last daily apparition to Jakov Colo on September 12th, 1998, Our Lady told him that henceforth he would have one apparition a year, every December 25th, on Christmas Day. This is also how it was this year. The apparition began at 3:23 pm and lasted 6 minutes.

"Today is a great day of joy and peace. Rejoice with me. Little children, in a special way, I call you to holiness in your families. I desire, little children, that each of your families be holy and that God's joy and peace, which God sends you today in a special way, may come to rule and dwell in your families. Little children, open your hearts today on this day of grace, decide for God and put Him in the first place in your family. I am your Mother. I love you and give you my Motherly Blessing."

Do not deceive yourselves that you can do anything without Him. Not even to take a step, my children. Instead set out and witness His love! I am with you. Thank you."
